  2. The website operator is: PROTECTION, Work Safety, Fire Safety, Andrzej Borański, company address: 126, Ostrobramska, St., apt. 25, 04-026 Warsaw, Poland.
  3. PROTECTION is a company which acts as an entity processing and retaining personal data of its customers. The company that buys a training for its employees remains the data administrator. These regulations result directly from the agreements with data administrators.

  5. The operator manages and processes users’ personal data which they voluntarily submit on the website.
  6. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • managing the internet forum
    • carrying out contracted services
The website obtains information about its users and their behaviour in the following ways:
  1. information users provide voluntarily by filling in forms, which is then retained in the operator’s systems.
  2. through cookie files saved in end-devices (so-called ‘cookies’).

2. Selected data protection methods used by the operator

  1. The places where users log in and enter their personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be retrieved on the target server.
  2. User passwords are retained in a hashed form. The hash function works in one direction only – it is in line with modern security standards and the reversal of the operation is impossible, which provides a highly secure method for user passwords storage.
  3. The administrator passwords are changed periodically.
  4. Data backup copies are developed regularly and retained by the operator in order to keep all retained data secure.
  5. An important element of the data protection standard is a regular update routine of all software used by the operator to process users’ data, including regular updates of the programming components.

4. Your rights and additional information on how we use the data

  1. Depending on the needs, the administrator may be able to transfer your personal information to third parties. It may happen in case of performing a contract agreed with you or to fulfil other legally-binding obligations. This applies to certain groups of recipients:
    • authorized employees and associates who need the data to realise the objectives of the website
    • authorized employees and associates of To Do Media sp. z o.o. 16/18, Dr. Seweryna Sterlinga St., 90-217 Łódź, Poland, who use the data to realise the objectives performed on the website
  2. The retained information about you as the website user will not be processed by the administrator for any longer than it is necessary to perform the relevant activities specified in particular contractual regulations (e.g. accounting). With regard to marketing activities, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years since the fill-in.
  3. You are entitled to request the administrator to:
    • let you access your personal info retained by us
    • let you correct it,
    • remove it,
    • restrict processing activities,
    • retrieve and transfer your data.

You may execute your right to object to data processing activities indicated, regarding the processing of personal information for the purposes of carrying out a legitimate interest pursued by the Controller, including profiling. However the right to object will not be exercisable where there are compelling legitimate grounds for the data processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular when it comes to establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
  5. The administrator’s actions may be appealed against to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, 2, Stawki St., 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the website.
  7. You must be aware that certain actions regarding you being a website user may be taken. They consist in automated decision making, including profiling in order to provide required services under the binding contract, and for the purpose of direct marketing executed by the administrator.
  8. Personal user information is not transferred to third countries within the scope of the legal regulations and provisions on the protection of personal data rules. This means that we do not send any information outside the European Union.

5. Information filled in the forms

  1. The website collects all information provided voluntarily by its users, including their personal data if it is filled in.
  2. The website may save some information about connection parameters (e.g. time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases we may save information facilitating the process of data linking in the form with the e-mail address of the user filling in the form. In this case, the user’s e-mail address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Information provided in the form is processed for the purposes resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process a given service request or commercial contact, service registration, etc. In each case the context and the description of the form clearly indicates its specific purpose.

  1. The operator does not use any external systems tracking activities of the users, such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.
  2. The operator does not use the systems to send out any commercial or marketing offers.

  2. Cookie files (‘cookies’) are bits of IT data, in particular these are text files, which are retained on the website user’s end device and are intended for the use of the website’s subpages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The website operator is defined as the entity placing and accessing cookies on the website user’s end device.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the website user’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the website,
